The Problem
When we took over hosting for Butterfly Effects, we discovered a serious problem: a massive amount of protected health information (PHI) was being stored directly on the website, a significant compliance risk. On top of that, their Salesforce integration was broken and their web analytics weren't tracking correctly, leaving their team without reliable data on site performance or lead flow.
What We Did
We prioritized the PHI issue first, working to properly mitigate and secure the data in compliance with HIPAA requirements. Once the compliance risk was addressed, we repaired the broken Salesforce integration so leads were flowing into their CRM correctly, and fixed the analytics implementation to give their team accurate performance data.
