4 Websites Freed from a Hostile Vendor in Under a Week
We scraped and relaunched 4 practice websites held hostage by an uncooperative vendor, giving Premier full control in about a week.
The Problem
Premier Dental Partners had 4 practice websites still managed by a previous web vendor who was being difficult about the transition. The vendor was effectively holding the sites hostage, making it impossible for Premier's marketing team to make changes or move forward. The sites needed to come under Premier's control, but the vendor wasn't cooperating with a standard migration.
What We Did
We used our emergency replatforming service to scrape all 4 sites and rebuild them on open infrastructure Premier controls. The actual scrape and rebuild was fast. The longest part of the process was getting DNS access, not the technical work itself. Once DNS was secured, we launched all 4 sites the following week. Premier was then able to fire the uncooperative agency with zero disruption to their patients or web presence.
